We offer complete design/build, reconstruction and remodeling solutions to update your home or business space. Our philosophy is simple; we develop a detailed and concise project plan. We use small crews of our own highly skilled craftsmen and proven trades subcontractors. We provide them with the best materials available. We specialize in “quality critical” projects. Each craftsman is expected to constantly monitor quality and is empowered to stop all progress, alert the project manager and continue only once any oversight or problem has been corrected.

It is common practice for many area remodeling and repair contractor sales people to ignore work they know will need to be done to complete a project through the bidding and contract signing process, then expect the project manager to sell the remainder of the project in “Change Orders” once they have torn into the customer’s house. This happens every day and on every job for some shady contractors. Home owners reject a higher bid from a responsible contractor and ultimately end up paying the shady contractor even more to get the project completed. If our proposal is higher than others, it is likely that we haven’t missed or ignored necessary cost in our initial proposal and the others have.

It is important to us to clearly communicate realistic expectations and progress reports to our customers. Projects are started with a minimal deposit and regularly invoiced for actual work completed. Don’t hand a contractor several thousands of dollars just for starting your job. Many of them will seem to have one priority after another elsewhere once they have your money for most of the job up front.

We don’t take shortcuts. Don’t ask us to ignore permitting requirements or avoid codes inspections. We just won’t do it.
